The Fine Print

Terms of Sale

Effective date: October 6, 2026

Buying from us should be as straightforward as a handshake at the farm store. Here's how it works, in plain language.

You must be 21 to buy cider

Hard cider is alcohol, and Kansas law means business about it. You must be 21 or older to buy it, and we check ID every time — at farm pickup, at delivery (the carrier checks for us), and at the gate for events. No valid ID, no cider, no exceptions, even if we know your mom.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once your payment clears. Prices are as shown at checkout, plus applicable Kansas sales tax and any shipping. If we can't fill an order — a vintage sells out, a law changes — we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Event tickets

A ticket is a revocable license to attend — meaning we can refuse or revoke admission for safety or conduct reasons, with a refund if the revocation wasn't your doing. Weather and farm life sometimes force us to reschedule; your ticket carries to the new date, or you can have a refund per our refund policy.

Pay-at-gate reservations hold your spot, but payment is due at entry. If the event sells out and you don't show, the only thing lost is your seat — and our feelings, slightly.

Gift cards

Our gift cards never expire and carry no fees of any kind. They aren't redeemable for cash except where the law requires it. Treat the code like cash — if it's lost or shared, we can't always restore the balance.

Cider Club

Club memberships are invoiced per shipment — no automatic recurring charge sitting on your card. You can pause or cancel anytime using the member link in your emails, and "anytime" means anytime, not "after a phone call to a retention department." We don't have one of those.

Limitation of liability

Plainly: if something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to fix it — refund, replace, or make it right — up to what you paid us. We're not liable for indirect losses or things outside our control, like carrier delays or weather. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Kansas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, where the farm sits and the apples grow.
